I’m a non-profit leader, coach, and author passionate about helping people build themselves, spirit, soul, and body, and their relationships. Because Christ is the center of my world and work, the wisdom of God is foundational in my coaching. Married to my best friend, Kevin, we cherish our family of three kids, two sons-in-law, and three darling grandchildren. When I’m not working, writing, or with family, you’ll find me bodybuilding, training for a 5K, vacationing in the Rockies, beach hopping, snorkeling, or walking in the woods with Kevin.
